Formerly the Cidade da Musica and originally scheduled to open in 2004, it just might be completed this year. We’ll see. I’ve heard mixed feelings about this work by the French architect, Christian de Portzamparc. (See more of his architecture work here- Christian de Portzamparc). I personally like the design.
